On this blog, I mostly talk about my career, because it’s called “Adventures of a Grad Girl”, not “Adventures of a Lazy Girl”. But, hey– everyone has their moments. Today is a doozy: it’s Friday, it’s 4 pm, and it’s very hot outside. I did exactly one report today. I have a session at 5:30 pm. That gives me 1 hour and a half to get my life together and finish the other three reports. I also am mildly dehydrated and still in pajamas. At 4 pm. Right, so first thing’s first. If it’s a lazy day, you probably don’t have a to-do list. Make a short one. Mine is:
- finish 4 reports
- wash my sheets and put away clean laundry
- print scholarship acceptance form and mail it out
- ship Poshmark package
- Continuity Care session
- Make a Zelle
I guess that’s still a long list; I probably won’t get all of those tasks done. The good news is that I got semi-ready (I put on perfume!) and filled a water bottle to end the current dehydration. On lazy days, dress for yourself:

Update, guys. I finished a second report (it took exactly 50 minutes) and now I have the session that I mentioned. Catch you in a bit.
Hi! Frantic update because, if you’ve read this blog for a while, you know I keep the Sabbath and it starts in a few minutes. I finished 3 reports, finished my Continuity Care session, and am currently about to print both the scholarship acceptance and the Poshmark form. As predicted, I didn’t get to everything, but that’s okay. There’s always next time 🙂
this question has to be asked – what is a Zelle?

Haha, it’s similar to PayPal but less popular, I guess
