I like clothes almost as much as I like listening to people’s problems. Which is to say, I really, really like clothes. I recently decluttered a lot and realized that there were some things on my fashion “wish list”. Sundresses. A black mini skirt. A good pair of boots, since mine are worn now. Also, one of our sweet neighbors was quite the fashionista in the 90s, and she is moving. Her moving sale helped me check a few things off this list.

She also gave me free Italian shoes (!!)

I also thrifted a few things.

This was a $3 dress as well, because I noticed a few flaws in it. The lace was coming off. It’s a Betsey Johnson vintage silk dress, so I just cut off the lace, and here it is. Also, the manager was ringing me up and I sincerely love his store, so I think the outpour of compliments might’ve helped my case.

The next item is currently one of the best things I bought all year. I found new Coach boots.

The reason they were so cheap was because (I suspect) the guy was flirting with me at checkout. He asked how old I was and I told him. He seemed a little awkward but told me that I look young and petite. Um, ok. Thank you for the items, sir. They didn’t have price tags on them so I bargained.
I bought the box with the asian motifs because I wanted a storage method for my sentimental items, one that would “spark joy”. Overall, I’m a very happy camper, and excited to style these finds!
